On-site support refers to customers seeking technical support and help by telephone or fax when they encounter difficult problems during the use of the equipment or when the equipment is in an abnormal state. After confirming the customer's service request, if the company cannot diagnose and solve the problem over the phone, it will immediately send a technician to the scene to deal with it, and finally solve it.
