Chassis Dyno for Car (Ф48" Roller)(Multi drive mode)

The purpose of the system is to use a chassis dynamometer and a single axle controller with dual supporting motor function for testing vehicle power performance, economic performance, and emissions. The system uses an AC electric dynamometer, which can simulate road resistance with full electrical inertia based on the inherent mechanical inertia of the chassis dynamometer, and can reproduce the road driving resistance or customized road resistance of the tested vehicle, The system is a brand new automotive testing system designed and developed independently in accordance with national standards and the technical requirements of European and American certification regulations, with independent intellectual property rights. Development of external communication protocol interfaces for the system, which can expand multiple external interfaces and interface with various electric energy testers, emission analyzers, fuel consumption testers, etc., to achieve real-time monitoring of automotive testing parameters and the implementation of domestic and foreign testing cycle operating routes. It can also be upgraded according to user requirements to meet the testing requirements of other national standards.
