Chassis Dyno for Commercial Vehicle(Φ72〞Roller)(2x4)

The purpose of the system is to conduct vehicle performance testing and transmission component running-in testing on a rotary roller test bench. The system uses an AC electric dynamometer, which can simulate road resistance with full electrical inertia based on the inherent mechanical inertia of the rotary roller dynamometer, and can reproduce the road driving resistance or customized road resistance of the tested vehicle. It is in accordance with the technical requirements of national standards and European and American certification regulations, A completely independent design and development of a brand new automotive testing system with independent intellectual property rights. It can perform break-in tests on the vehicle offline in different ways, such as constant speed and working cycle, to meet the detection of transmission components when the vehicle is offline.
