NVH Chassis Dyno

The NVH chassis Dyno system, which adopts fully silent sound insulation treatment, can be used for performance testing of light vehicles. The system uses an AC electric dynamometer, which can simulate road resistance with full electrical inertia based on the inherent mechanical inertia of the chassis dynamometer itself, and can reproduce the road driving resistance or customized road resistance of the tested vehicle. The system is in accordance with the technical requirements of national standards and European and American certification regulations, A completely independent design and development of a brand new automotive NVH testing system with independent intellectual property rights. The system adopts fully silent bearings and a liquid cooling system for the dynamometer. The dynamometer itself adopts a soundproof cover, the foundation cover plate adopts soundproof treatment, and the roller adopts an independent wrapping cover for soundproof treatment.
